HOW WE WORK
1-Meeting and colsultancy
we sit with the client to know their needs and wants about the project. we discuss every detail of the project expectations of our client.
we also visit the site to know about the surrounding and environment of the site location..
2-PLANNING AND DESIGNING STAGE
Once we have discussed details with our clients we start working on making our PROPOSED PLAN LAYOUT (PPL)which is basically the initial design of what our customer wants.
It also involves close bond with our client as we will proceed to next stage only once our client approves PPL.
3-AUTHORITY APPROVAL
As our client approves the PPL the next and very important stage is to get the approvals from the concerned authorities such as, Dubai municipality, Dubai Health Care City, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.
4-DESIGN EXECUTION STAGE
After getting designs approved from concerned authorities we start executing the plan as per our planning. Our team works closely with our clients at each stage. we also show samples of materials to our clients.
5-FINAL INSPECTION AND HAND OVER
Finally on completing the project here comes the stage of final inspection from concerned authorities if needed.
After the final inspection is approved we hand over the project to our clients and we stay in touch so that any future modifications or repairs could be provided.
